2. Apartment Rental Services

New Blue Sky Apartment provides rental accommodation services in Auckland City. Our services include:

  • Apartment rental and leasing

  • Customer support and maintenance
  • Online booking and enquiry systems

Service availability

Availability is subject to change. Bookings are only confirmed once we provide written confirmation after reviewing your request.

3. Booking and Reservations

When making a booking or reservation:

  • All information you provide must be accurate and complete
  • You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking
  • Payment terms apply as specified in your rental agreement
  • Cancellation policies vary by booking type and will be communicated clearly

Confirmation process

All bookings are subject to availability. We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your booking and provide further details.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms include:

  • Rent is due as specified in your lease agreement
  • Security deposits may be required and are refundable based on property condition
  • Late payment fees may apply as outlined in your agreement
  • All payments must be made in New Zealand Dollars (NZD)

5. Tenant Responsibilities

As a tenant you agree to:

  • Avoid subletting without written permission

6. Property Management Responsibilities

  • Compliance with New Zealand housing regulations

7. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the rental agreement under these conditions:

  • Violation of property rules
  • As per the notice period specified in the lease

Notice requirements

All terminations must be made in writing with appropriate notice pursuant to New Zealand tenancy laws and your lease agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited as follows:

  • We are not liable for personal property loss or damage unless due to our negligence
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount of rent paid in the preceding 12 months
  • We are not responsible for third-party actions or services
  • Force majeure events are excluded from liability

9. Website Use and Intellectual Property
